• Gmail messages: We access your Gmail messages only when you explicitly connect your Gmail account and only to extract deal-related information such as customer inquiries, quotes, and business communications.
• Contact information: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company details from your business communications.
• Deal information: Project details, pricing, timelines, and other business-related data extracted from your communications.
• Usage data: Information about how you use our service to improve functionality and user experience.

Google User Data - Specific Disclosures

1. Data Accessed

When you connect your Google account, AutoManus accesses the following specific types of Google user data:

• Gmail Messages (gmail.readonly): Read-only access to your email messages, including subject lines, message bodies, sender/recipient information, and timestamps.
• Gmail Send (gmail.send): Ability to send emails on your behalf when you explicitly request it.
• Gmail Compose (gmail.compose): Ability to create email drafts.
• Google Drive (drive.file): Access only to files created by or opened with AutoManus.
• Google Docs (documents): Create and edit documents for exporting deal information.
• Google Sheets (spreadsheets): Create and edit spreadsheets for data export.
• Google Calendar (calendar.events): Create and manage calendar events for meeting scheduling.
• User Profile (userinfo.email, userinfo.profile): Your email address and basic profile information for account identification.

2. Data Usage

AutoManus uses your Google user data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Email Analysis: We read your Gmail messages to identify business-related communications and extract deal information such as customer inquiries, quotes, project details, and contact information.
• AI-Powered Insights: Email content is processed by our AI systems to provide automated deal tracking, customer relationship insights, and follow-up recommendations.
• Email Sending: When you explicitly choose to send an email through AutoManus, we use your Gmail account to send the message.
• Document Export: We create Google Docs or Sheets files to export your deal and customer data when you request it.
• Calendar Integration: We create calendar events when you schedule meetings through AutoManus.
• Account Identification: Your Google profile information is used to identify your account and personalize your experience.

3. Data Sharing

AutoManus does NOT sell, rent, lease, or share your Google user data with any third parties.

• No Third-Party Sharing: Your Gmail messages, calendar events, and Google Drive files are never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
• AI Processing: Email content may be processed by AI language models (such as OpenAI) solely for the purpose of extracting business insights. These AI providers do not retain or use your data for training purposes.
• Service Providers: We use secure cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, Supabase) to store data. These providers act as data processors under strict contractual obligations and do not have access to read or use your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data only if required by law, court order, or government regulation.

4. Data Storage & Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your Google user data:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and Google's APIs is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Encryption at Rest: Stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
• Access Controls: OAuth tokens and user data are stored in secure databases with strict access controls. Only authenticated users can access their own data.
• Token Security: Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and are never exposed to client-side code.
• Regular Security Audits: We conduct regular security reviews of our systems and practices.
• Minimal Data Retention: We only store the minimum data necessary to provide our services.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You have full control over your Google user data:

• Retention Period: Extracted deal information is retained as long as your account is active. Raw email content is processed in real-time and not permanently stored.
• OAuth Token Retention: Google OAuth tokens are retained until you disconnect your Google account or revoke access.
• Disconnect Anytime: You can disconnect your Google account from AutoManus at any time through your account settings. This immediately revokes our access to your Google data.
• Data Deletion Request: You can request complete deletion of all your data by contacting us at hello@automanus.io. We will delete all your data within 30 days of your request.
• Account Deletion: When you delete your AutoManus account, all associated data including Google OAuth tokens and extracted information is permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Google Account Revocation: You can also revoke AutoManus's access directly from your Google Account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and analyze your email conversations to extract deal information
• Create and manage customer and deal records
• Provide AI-powered insights and recommendations
• Improve our service functionality

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

AutoManus's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically regarding Gmail data:

• We only access Gmail data that you explicitly authorize
• Gmail data is used solely for the purpose of extracting deal and customer information
• We do not sell, rent, or share your Gmail data with third parties
• Gmail data is processed securely and deleted when no longer needed
• You can revoke access to your Gmail data at any time

SMS and WhatsApp Messaging

When you contact us via our website, WhatsApp, or SMS:

• Customer-initiated only: All conversations are initiated by you, the customer. We only respond to inbound messages related to orders, quotes, and customer support.
• No marketing messages: We do not send promotional, marketing, group, or mass messages of any kind.
• Consent collection: By sending a message through our website contact form or WhatsApp button, you consent to receive customer-support and order-related messages from AutoManus.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Message rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
