AutoManus is a deal management platform that helps you:

• Import and analyze email conversations
• Extract deal and customer information using AI
• Manage customer relationships and deals
• Track sales pipeline and performance

Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account, you grant AutoManus permission to:

• Read your email messages to extract deal and customer information
• Access email metadata (sender, subject, date) for business analysis
• Process email content using AI to identify potential deals and customer relationships

We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy and only access data necessary for the core functionality of our service.

SMS and WhatsApp Messaging Terms

By using our contact form, WhatsApp button, or SMS service, you agree to the following:

• Consent: By sending a message, you consent to receive customer-support and order-related messages from AutoManus via WhatsApp/SMS.
• Message types: We only send responses to your inquiries, quotes, and order-related information. No promotional or marketing messages are sent.
• Customer-initiated: All conversations are customer-initiated. We only reply to inbound customer requests.
• Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and orders.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

Important: We do not send marketing, promotional, group, or mass messaging of any kind. All messages are in direct response to your customer support or order-related inquiries.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you have the right to share any data you provide
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Limitation of Liability

AutoManus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
